ℹ️ How DC networks bill

Most networks (Tesla Supercharger, Electrify America, EVgo) charge per kWh delivered at the connector. This calculator uses that figure plus the onboard thermal efficiency to find your actual battery energy gained. A few networks still charge per-minute — if so, convert to ¢/kWh using your car's typical charging rate (kW).
